The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformat and presents resumes to hiring managers


Duties and requirements of a technical recruiter:


1. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

2. Foster long-term relationships with candidates

3. Review and understand technical job requirement requirements

4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met

5. Format resumes meeting client expectations

6. Research new technologies

7. Create detailed job descriptions

8. Follow up with candidates



Desired Profile:


1. Ability to build strong relationships

2. Ability to learn technical information

3. Self-confidence and self starter

4. Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting

5. Good written and verbal communication skills

 
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Should be willing to work in night shifts

2. Should be willing for a service agreement of 2 yrs against 1 lakh bank guarantee

3. ONLY MALE CANDIDATES
