Candidate must possess Graduation in any Discipline, Experience in working on MS-Office Package and Internet Usage, Typing skills in English is mandatory with minimum speed of 40 WPM in English, Knowledge of typing in Hindi will be desirable, Fluency in local language for Block Data Manager posts, Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Psychology/ Social Work/Home Science/ Rural Development or  General Nursing , Fluency in local language, Computer skills, MS Office Package and data management skill for Counselor ARSH and Counsellor (FP) posts, Two Year Diploma Course of Opthalmic Assistant from any Govt. Hospital/ Institute as per guideline of NPCB for Opthalmic Assistant posts, Diploma in Ayurvedic/  Unani/ Homeopathic Pharmacy  for Ayush Pharmacist posts.

Unreserved Candidates age must be between 21 to 35 years, OBC 21 to 37 years, Female Unreserved 21 to 38 years and for SC/ST 21 to 40 years for Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, 4 posts, for Ayush Pharmacist posts General candidates age must be between 21 to 50 years, for OBC 21 to 52 years, for Female Unreserved 21 to 53 years and 21 to 55 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 31-11-2012 (Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules).
