In this position, you will provide telephone support to assist customers and PTC field staff with the installation, use, and customization of Windchill Workgroup Managers and ProductView.
Job Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, experience with CAD, exposure to UNIX and Windows
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
- Preferably, candidates will also have some experience and/or exposure to Java
- Knowledge of network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) is a plus
