Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Risk Officer (Head – Risk Management Dept) , Head -Human Resources Department, Head- Audit & Inspection Department, Head – Credit Monitoring, Regional – Head , Head – Alternate Channels, DGM – Finance and Accounts, Head – Communications and Investor Relations.
Recruitment Criteria for Each Post:
1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Graduation in IT with 15 years in Banking experience or Post Graduation in IT with 10 years in Banking experience in the rank of AGM/DGM handling IT Dept. /Technology Centre/DR Site
Management/New Technology Products. Innovative and development of Techno products to compete with the market. Qualification in CISA/CISM or any certificate specialization in IT with
CAIIB shall be preferable.
Age group between 40 to 50 years.
2. Chief Risk Officer (Head - Risk Management Dept.)
Post Graduation with CAIIB. Should have atleast 20 years Banking experience (with 7 years experience) in the rank of Scale V/VI in Risk Management.
Age group between 40 to 50 years.
3. Head - Human Resources Department
Post Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification – BL/LLB. Qualification in Labour Laws will be desirable. Should have atleast 10 years rich experience in a Leading
Commercial Bank in the rank of AGM/DGM with in operational aspects of Banking especially on all facets of HRD.
Age group between 40 to 50 years.
4. Head - Audit & Inspection Department
Post-Graduation or Law qualification and CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have atleast 10 years in banking experience in the rank of AGM/DGM, with exposure and practical experience in
Audit and should also be served in Credit Department/Branch for atleast for a period of 3 years. Legal knowledge is preferable.
Age group between 40 to 50 years.
5. Head - Credit Monitoring
A degree from any discipline with MBA or Post Graduation with CAIIB preferred. Should have atleast 10 years in banking experience preferably in the rank of AGM/DGM, handling Credit
monitoring.
Age group between 40 to 50 years.
6. Regional Head –various locations PAN India
Must be PG with CAIIB or CA & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in operations and administrative service preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.
Age group between 40 to 45 years.
7. Head - Alternate Channels
A degree or Post Graduation with CAIIB & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in handling Electronic Banking channels, mobile and Internet Banking, Product Innovations,
Product Development and Marketing, Financial Analysis & Research preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.
Age group between 35 to 40 years.
8. DGM - Finance and Accounts
A Graduation/ Post Graduation from any discipline with CA. CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have atleast 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, handling finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet.
Age group between 45 to 50 years.
9. Head - Communications and Investor Relations
Post Graduate in literature or Mass Communication or MBA. Should have atleast 10 years of experience as Public Relation Manager and thorough with all protocols, effective liaison with media both print and electronic and all channels connecting the organization globally.
Age group between 30 to 40 years.
