Applied Materials Software Engineer Recruitment 2013

Recruitment Details:

Software Engineer Java / C++ Developer.

Recruitment Role:

  • Develops code for software projects, and design and implement bug fixes.
  • Designs software projects.
  • Defines software specifications.
  • Performs software tests on code and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoots software problems of moderate difficulty.
  • Develops software documentation.
  • Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis.
Recruitment Criteria:


Skills
  • Skills and abilities to perform job include strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, detail oriented, exercises mature judgment, ability to work in a team, and ability to work independently.
Education
MINIMUM:
  • Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 2+ years directly related experience.
PREFERRED:
  • MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 0-2 years directly related experience.
  • Preferred previous work experience includes software engineering with real-time control.
