Recruitment Criteria:
1.Branch Head – Various locations, PAN India – Metro/Urban
Post-Graduation or Graduation with CAIIB/ICWA. Should have atleast 7 years in Banking Experience with 5 years as Branch Manager in any private Bank or Nationalized Bank, with proven track record of Performance in customer acquisition, Credit Sourcing
and achieving set targets.
Age group between 35 to 45 years
2.DGM/AGM - Credit Marketing
Chartered Accountant or MBA or Post Graduate with CAIIB. Should have atleast 15 years of working experience with 5 years experience in the rank of CM/AGM in any nationalized/Private sector Bank with exposure to Credit appraisal, Processing, Spanning cross section of lending to corporates, Industries, Retail, Priority sector, project appraisal, credit risk rating, achieving Business targets, project finance etc.
Age group between 40 to 45 years
Location will be at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad
3. Head – NRI Business
A degree from any discipline with MBA or Post Graduation with CAIIB preferred. Should have atleast 15 years of Branch Banking experience with 5 years’ experience as Head NRI Vertical/NRI Business in the rank of CM/AGM with track record of sourcing & securing NRI Business, Liasioning with exchange houses, domain knowledge of NRI Banking, having command over regulatory aspects, Thorough knowledge of NRI hubs in India and abroad, processing data base on NRI organization, Building NRI vertical, Knowledge of NRI products.
Age group between 40 to 45 years.
Location will be at Chennai/Karur.
